Hello yanw, thanks for answer.

1)  Fedora 24 is your host on which you installed vmware pro 12.1.0 ? or Fedora 24 is your iso image? Anyway i am confused if Fedora24 refers to your host or guest?

Fedora 24 is my host.

2)  If Fedora 24 is your host, how do you use vmware pro 12.1.0 ? What's the OS type of your iso image? You mount the USB device in the Guest?

I boot from an "iso boot" of rhel7 to install a custom linux -- After the machine load the iso continue the installation from a memoy usb.

2)  Where does your iso image stored ? in the USB device?

First, I mount an iso from the local storage and the iso ask me for the memory usb installatcion --the iso has 68M and the memory usb has a S.O -- The vm doesn't boot from usb bootable either.

3)  How do you boot the iso image?

The iso load fine, after detect the usb but alway show me the message that I attached above --see the jpg file in the attachment.

In addition, I have upgraded to VMware 12.1.1 but it show me the same issue -- and this version needs to unlock selinux because generated me a "USB Diver error" due to selinux and its policy.
